ZSZH attaches great importance to the development of its training system, viewing it as a critical means of enhancing the overall capabilities of its workforce, strengthening its core competitiveness and demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility and professional excellence. Through sustained investment over the years, ZSZH has taken the lead in the industry by establishing an integrated training system that combines internal and external learning resources in a complementary manner. This system effectively aligns talent development with market demand and contributes to innovation and best practices across the profession.
Over the years, while strengthening offline employee training, ZSZH has also pioneered the development of an internal online training platform anchored by the ZSZH E-Academy. The platform delivers targeted and effective training programs and has received strong recognition from employees.
In addition, ZSZH has actively pursued joint programs by co-founding the Hangzhou Bay Accounting Institute (ZSZH Business School) with the Shaoxing Municipal People’s Government and by establishing the Zhongshen School in collaboration with Nanjing Audit University. These initiatives integrate theory with practice, academic research with market demands, and education with industrial development. Through these efforts, the two schools have developed a series of high-quality training programs that are highly regarded by both the profession and the market and have cultivated a cohort of professionals, making distinctive contributions to the cultivation of high-end accounting and assurance talent in China.
