On January 6, Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants LLP (ZSZH) held its 2025 Annual Report Audit Thematic Training Conference in a hybrid (online and offline) format. Shi Wenxian, Chief Partner of ZSZH, attended the conference and delivered a mobilization address at the main venue in Wuhan. Guan Yunhong, Managing Partner and Director of the Management Board, Yang Ronghua, Managing Partner, other members of the Management Board as well as heads of each office, engagement partners and project managers attended the conference remotely from their respective offices or project sites. The conference was hosted by Xie Feng, Member of the Management Board and QC Partner at the main venue in Wuhan.

In his mobilization address entitled “Enhancing Quality and Preventing Risks: Advancing Steadily Toward Long-Term Goals,” Chief Partner Shi Wenxian outlined key arrangements in three areas: the current situation and overall requirements, key tasks and risk prevention in annual report audits and team building and organizational support. He emphasized the need for firm-wide mindset alignment, clear accountability and the delivery of high-quality audits to underpin high-quality development.
Duan Xiaojuan, Deputy Director of the Quality Control Department, highlighted key focus areas and quality management requirements for annual report audits. Min Chao, Partner in charge of Monitoring and Rectification, briefed participants on the status of internal and external inspections in 2025 and proposed corresponding rectification measures. Sun Qi, Partner in charge of Professional Ethics and Independence, reported on issues related to professional ethics and independence and set out specific requirements. Zhao Wenming, Director of the Information Technology Department, provided guidance on data confidentiality and risk prevention and control. In addition, professionals from the Technical Department delivered in-depth interpretations of relevant regulatory guidelines and the implementation of accounting standards, and addressed key accounting treatment issues.
